We are looking for
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies for our products.
- Lead a small marketing team (around 5 people).
- Oversee our social media activity and presence (Steam, Meta, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) — both the regular content plan as well as quick reactions to news hooks that can produce a viral effect.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our publishers, negotiate and coordinate marketing efforts to maximize game visibility and success.
- Guide and monitor our interaction with the player community on various platforms.
- Build and manage partnerships with gaming influencers, streamers, and content creators.
- Compose texts distributed on behalf of the studio (official website, devlogs, newsletters, press releases, etc.).
- Interact with gaming media, influencers, and opinion leaders. Represent the company in public communication.
- Plan and coordinate the company's participation in gaming exhibitions and events, ensuring a strong presence and effective showcasing of our products.
- Plan and conduct public events for community representatives and opinion leaders.
- Plan and execute advertisement campaigns for our games.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent spoken and written English.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing in gaming industry.
- Experience with premium games on Steam, understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities associated with this distribution channel.
- Rich experience working with different social media channels.
- Experience collaborating with gaming publishers would be a plus.
- Team management skills, experience leading a small team.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, its trends and peculiarities. We expect you to know who is who in the industry, follow its news
- Creative thinking, initiative, and independence.
- Strategic thinking: you’ll need to plan our marketing strategies, shape the direction our public image evolves in, and find long-term as well as short-terms ways to improve our games’ visibility and success.
- Analytical skills and the ability to use data to optimize marketing.
- Willingness to work remotely full-time.

Main responsibilities:
- Reforming and developing the UI department: updating pipelines, workflows, and the team.
- Overseeing all interface tasks and decisions, as well as controlling their implementation in Unity.
- Strong involvement in defining the visual style of interfaces in the project.
- Close collaboration with the game design department to create UI based on finished game logic.
- Presenting and defending UX/UI solutions to the team and development leads.
- Direct participation in implementing (preparing all necessary materials for) new interfaces.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a lead (preferably head) interface designer on PC (strictly not Web/Mobile) game projects.
- Deep expertise in UI/UX design.
- Skills and experience in interface prototyping.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent tools necessary for UI development.
- Experience with interface layout in Unity, understanding of layout principles.
- Portfolio of UI/UX game projects.
- Strong communication skills.

Important: If you do not have a relevant portfolio, we suggest you familiarise yourself with the Demo version of Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era which you will be working on. As a test assignment, we suggest you prepare an analysis of the current game interface and create a plan for its improvement.
Main responsibilities:
- Development of story maps and scenarios in a specialised in-game editor.
- Design, prototyping, scripting of interesting and diverse missions.
- Creation, configuration and balancing of gameplay.
- Writing and updating documentation related to mission development.
- Deep immersion in gameplay to understand balance and gameplay features.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a level designer on PC game projects.
- Experience working with Unity / Git.
- Ability to tell a story and present gameplay through the lens of level design.
- Sense of taste and artistic skills sufficient to create visually beautiful levels.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Completed test assignment.
Advantages:

- Experience working on story scenarios in editors from the Heroes of Might and Magic game series.
- Experience working on strategy and RPG genre projects.
- Story and dialogue writing skills.
As a test assignment: Using the mission editor for Heroes of Might and Magic III, create a small mission with some interesting feature in gameplay (story, gameplay, etc.). As a result, attach the scenario file that can be launched by reviewers. Be sure to specify the version of the game on which the mission was created.
