We are looking for
We create midcore-hardcore PC and console games that combine elements of tactics, strategy, and RPG. Our audience consists of gamers who enjoy deeply immersing themselves in games, optimizing builds and experimenting with systems, exploring worlds, and finding the right combinations of artifacts or units.
We are currently looking for a Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era project 3D (lighting) artist who will primarily be involved in scene building and lighting. The project is on Unity 3D.
Requirements
- Experience as a 3D Environment Artist;
- Portfolio featuring compositionally attractive and atmospheric scenes;
- Knowledge of Unity (working with prefabs, basic asset integration, lighting);
- Knowledge of main 3D modeling packages and Hand-Paint texturing (Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, 3dCoat, Photoshop);
- Understanding of composition principles (rhythm, balance, counterform), lighting, and color theory.
Tasks
- Creating attractive game environment scenes from ready-made assets in Unity, with independent refinement of necessary content;
- Close collaboration with the art department, render programmer, and technical artist;
- Finding interesting artistic solutions and implementing them together with the team;
- Setting up lighting, camera, post-processing, and color correction.
Terms
- Remote full-time (!) work;
- Employment in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) after probation period;
- Possibility of relocation to Cyprus;
- Flexible start of working day;
- Working language: Russian.
